The government has released eight sector specific guides (see links below) which explain how to think about the risks you may face.

The Government states you must carry out an assessment of the risks posed by Covid 19, if you have more than 5 employees this must be written down.

If possible, you should publish the risk assessment. If you have more than 50 employees, the government is expecting you to.

What is a Covid Risk Assessment?

A Covid Risk Assessment is an assessment of the risks that your business faces both in terms of introducing the virus to the work place and the risks from spreading it through your workforce. You need to decide who is at risk, how they may be infected, what controls you intend to implement to manage the risk and how you are going to monitor that the controls are working.

We are dedicated to making a positive difference with Health & Safety in a Post-Covid/Coronavirus world. We really do understand risk and how to apply it – after all, our hobbies include paragliding, motocross and rugby!

We make the risk assessment process specific to your business, flexible and completely straightforward.  There is nothing worse than paying £££ and being handed a pile of papers that bear no resemblance whatsoever to your business, and then be expected to comply with it!

And if you don’t comply, they say “well, we told you to make it site specific ..” This should not be your problem.

We pride ourselves on giving you the same level of service that you would give to your clients… you wouldn’t offer a meaningless 'tick box' service, so why should you have to buy one?

Here's what some of our customers have said:

“The Covid-19 risk assessment is fantastic and good value. The process was made very easy with sensible advice and achievable outcomes.” D Wainwright, Wainwright Shoes Ltd

"Cloud Break Safety were quick to get back to us and provided us with a five star service” Darren Caister, Caister Hair Lounge
